In case any of you have been wondering why I haven't posted for a while, its because my mom has asked me to change my blog. Because I share so many pictures and names and stories about our friends and family, I have decided to make my blog private.
I will send invitations to those who I know read this blog regularly. If you have been reading my blog and want to continue to read about Ayana and Moses, please leave a comment, or send me an email, and I will be happy to send you an invitation so that you will be able to access it.

I hope those who want to will still be reading up about my gorgeous little brother and sister from Ethiopia (and of course my brother and sister from Canada too :D), because I know that they will certainly be having many more adventures! :)

- This is the story of mine and my family's journey across the world to live and work in rural Africa. In September 2009 we left Canada, and after a few months of traveling (England, Greece, Egypt, Uganda!), we arrived in South Africa, where we lived for nearly a year before moving back down to Uganda for a brief transition period. After several months spent in Uganda, we finally left for Zimbabwe, to pioneer our own ministry focusing on child headed househoulds and AIDs orphans. Since then I (Erin) and my sister have moved back to Canada to go to school, but the rest of the family is still in Zimbabwe, working hard... we're all excited to see what God has in store for the ministry next!

That would be soo exciting if you got pictures of them with the clothes you sent! I am hoping I get some updated photos, but I'm not counting on it.
